1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website://somartravel.com. This website serves as a shared online platform operated by Greenspire d.o.o. (owner of the brand "Somar Travel") and MANO (obrt za čišćenje i održavanje), hereinafter referred to as "the Operators." By browsing this website or submitting an inquiry, you accept these Terms and Conditions in full.

2. Nature of Services

The website://somartravel.com functions as an online promotional catalog. The services are divided between two separate legal entities:

  • Somar Travel (Greenspire d.o.o.): Acts as a reservation manager or intermediary for accommodation units, handling guest bookings, communications, and written property confirmations.

  • MANO (obrt za čišćenje i održavanje): Acts as an independent service provider offering eco-friendly cleaning, property maintenance, landscaping, and pool care services.

3. Inquiry and Booking Process

  • No Direct Bookings: It is not possible to make a direct, automated booking, order maintenance services, or complete financial transactions on this website.

  • Inquiries: Users can request information about availability and pricing or maintenance quotes by filling out the contact form or sending an email.

  • Offers and Confirmations: Upon receiving an inquiry, the Operators will either verify availability with the property owner or process the request directly if the property is under our management. A booking or service agreement is only considered valid and legally binding once the respective provider (Somar Travel or MANO) issues a formal, written confirmation via email and any required deposit or terms are fulfilled.

4. Pricing and Accuracy of Information

  • While the Operators make every effort to ensure that descriptions, images, and pricing ranges are accurate, data for certain properties is provided directly by third-party owners. The Operatorss cannot be held liable for sudden changes or inaccuracies made by those independent owners.

  • All prices displayed on this website are informative and subject to change depending on the season, number of guests, and specific property demands. Final, binding prices will be provided exclusively within the official offer sent via email.

  • Prices listed for MANO services are exempt from VAT under Article 90, Paragraph 2 of the Croatian VAT Act, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the final offer.

5. Payments and Cancellations
Because bookings are finalized individually, specific payment methods, deposit requirements, and cancellation policies vary by property. These specific conditions will be clearly stated in the written offer sent to the guest via email before any payment is requested.

6. Complaints and Liability

  • For properties where the Operator acts strictly as an intermediary, any complaints regarding the quality of the accommodation must be addressed directly to the property owner during the guest's stay. The Operator will assist in communication but cannot be held liable for operational deficiencies.

  • Pursuant to Croatian consumer protection regulations, we inform our clients that they may submit written complaints regarding our services in one of the following ways:

To help us resolve the issue efficiently, please include your full name, contact information, and order/booking reference information. We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint immediately and deliver a formal written response within 14 days from the date of receipt.

In the event of a dispute, consumers may submit a complaint to the competent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) body. Pursuant to EU Regulation No. 524/2013 on online dispute resolution, online bookings can be disputed via the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform available at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.

If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably or through out-of-court dispute resolution procedures, the parties agree that the competent court in Pazin, Croatia, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over the matter.

7. Modifications to the Terms
The Operators reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will become effective immediately upon being published on this website.
