Free Advertising
We provide advertising opportunities on our website for a variety of sustainable accommodations, including remote camps, off-grid apartments, family farms, homestays, and eco-friendly hotels. Our contracts do not require exclusivity, allowing you the freedom to work with other platforms. You determine the price for your accommodation, and we add our commission to ensure the overall rate remains competitive. There are no upfront fees; you only pay a commission upon receiving a confirmed reservation. While this is our standard advertising model, we are open to customizing it to better suit your needs.
Reservation Management
If managing your booking calendars feels overwhelming or simply isn't your preference, we are here to handle everything for you—from the initial guest inquiry to their arrival at your property. Our comprehensive services cover advertising, email and phone communication, calendar management, as well as market and pricing analysis. We expertly manage your reservation system, ensuring your listings on platforms like Booking.com, Airbnb, and Vrbo are optimized. Additionally, we can facilitate e-Visitor guest registration, all for a commission of 20%.
Recognizing that every accommodation has unique characteristics, we tailor our services to meet the specific needs of each client. Whether you prefer self-check-in, a personal welcome for guests, or wish to remain the host, we can customize our approach accordingly. Furthermore, our property management package offers flexibility, allowing you to select from services such as post-guest cleaning, pool maintenance, and garden care, ensuring your property remains in top condition.

Property Management
We provide comprehensive property management services alongside reservation management. Our offerings include thorough eco cleaning of both indoor and outdoor spaces, fresh linen preparation, zero waste toiletries and amenities, gardening, pool upkeep, and general repairs. We also coordinate with workers for any required tasks, ensuring everything is in order before welcoming guests, remaining available for any assistance they may require. This service is ideal for those who don’t reside near their property or prefer to delegate responsibilities. Currently, we offer this service exclusively in Istria, charging a fee of 30-40% (depending on the business model). The pool maintenance and gardening are charged separately depending on the size and range of necessary work (around 50-100 euros per day's work).

We want to lead by example so we decided to allocate one-third of our agency commission for various charitable and humanitarian actions. This can vary from buying food for animal shelters to organizing excursions for children without proper parental care. If you want to offer free nights in your accommodation, transport for excursions, food for the homeless, or you have any other ideas and suggestions, contact us.
